Profit for every product
Sales, cost of goods at average cost, direct expenses and a fair share of common costs — so you see which product really earns.
Millatbooks is Millat Chemicals’ own software. It splits every sale, purchase and expense by product and by partner, with stock, dues, cash, banks, JazzCash and a point of sale built in. The owner signs in with the owner’s password; staff with their email or phone number and their own password.
Lakh and crore numbers, a July–June financial year, JazzCash and Easypaisa next to your banks, imports with freight and duty, and WhatsApp for receipts and reminders.
Sales, cost of goods at average cost, direct expenses and a fair share of common costs — so you see which product really earns.
Capital in, personal expenses out, profit shared by your deed. A partner’s personal spending is charged to that partner alone — never split, never a business expense.
Credit and part-paid bills become receivables and payables per product, aged 0–30 to 90+ days. One tap sends a polite reminder.
Every payment says which account the money moved through. Transfers, deposits and wallets stay balanced to the rupee.
Local and import purchases with freight, duty and clearing in the cost. Move stock between godowns, record damage, get low-stock alerts.
Download the template, fill it offline, upload with a preview of every row. Uploading the same file twice is safe.
Every business has its own separate database. Every change saves instantly, with automatic backups, a log of who did what, and a download of the whole database whenever you want one.
Open Millatbooks and sign in with the owner’s password. Keep the recovery key somewhere safe: it resets the owner’s password if it’s ever forgotten.
Four quick steps: business name and colours, products with units and prices, partners and their shares, and your cash, banks and wallets. Add your logo and tax rates for receipts.
In Setup → People with access, give each person their email or phone number and their own password. They open Millatbooks on any phone or computer and choose Staff sign in, and everyone sees each sale the moment it’s saved.
Tap product tiles, set quantity and rate, add a discount, take cash, bank, JazzCash or credit. A numbered receipt prints — or goes out on WhatsApp — and stock, cash and dues move with it.
Nothing to install. Millatbooks runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, in the shop or anywhere else.
Yes, Millatbooks is online, so it opens on any device, anywhere. If the connection drops for a moment, what you type waits on your device and saves itself the moment you’re back online.
Yes. Choose Try it with sample data and you’re straight into Millatbooks with six months of example trading: sales, stock, dues, partners and the till. It’s a private practice copy on that device, completely separate from Millat Chemicals’ real books, so change anything you like, for as long as you like.
In Millat Chemicals’ own private database on the Millatbooks server. Every change is saved the moment it’s made and backed up automatically. The owner can also download the whole database any time from Setup → Data & backup, so there is always a copy in your own hands.
The owner adds each person in Setup → People with access, with their email or phone number and their own password. Staff open Millatbooks, choose Staff sign in, and type those. Staff can sell and record entries; only the owner manages people, partners and the database. The owner can sign anyone out or remove their access at any time.
Staff: the owner sets a new one in Setup → People with access. Owner: on the sign-in page choose Use your recovery key and type the key saved when the books were set up.
Yes. There are 12 colour themes, each in light and dark: Emerald, Lagoon, Ocean, Indigo, Royal, Amethyst, Rose, Ruby, Terracotta, Saffron, Chai and Graphite. The owner picks one in Setup → Appearance and it colours every computer and phone, and the sign-in page. Anyone can try the others on their own device without changing them for everyone else.
Choose in Setup: by each product’s sales, by purchases, equally, or a fixed percentage you set. The split is recalculated for whatever period you’re viewing.
Weighted average cost. Every purchase adds its quantity and landed cost — including import freight, duty and clearing — and every sale takes stock out at the current average.
Pakistani banks don’t offer small businesses a public connection, so the bank feed comes from the statement you download from internet banking, from pasted SMS alerts, or automatically from an SMS-forwarding app on the shop phone. Each bank line is then matched to the books.
Yes. Download the Excel template, paste your history into the Entries sheet and upload it. You’ll see which rows are ready, which are duplicates and which need fixing before anything is saved.
No — it keeps clean, separated books so your accountant’s work is quicker. Have them check the profit-sharing ratios and stock valuation once, especially for tax.
